At 29 storeys, 426 feet tall, roughly 891,000 square feet and designed to LEED Gold standard, the Edmonton Tower will house two-thirds of downtown City of Edmonton employees. It will be a Class AA office building that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also highly functional. It will be sustainable, modern, practical and architecturally progressive. The Tower will incorporate an attractive combination of curtain wall, spandrel panels, marble, granite and accented features. The main exterior lighting feature will span from level 23 to level 29 and consist of over 110,000 LED’s.

Our electrical Revit model consisted of branch and feeder conduits, equipment sized to shop drawings, cable tray and racking which was run through clash detections with mechanical using Navisworks Manage. This coordination proved to be a major contributing factor in the success of this project.
